 Greening Up The Mountains is a large annual (2005 marked the eighth) downtown street
festival held every April. The event welcomes the arrival of Spring to Sylva and the surrounding community. In the past, festivals have hosted 100 vendors and demonstrators, and have been attended by over 5,000 people.
Be sure not to miss this opportunity to see traditional craft demonstrations, hear a variety of regional music, and participate in welcoming in a new season to the area...
